Every generation of technology promises transformation. Very few fundamentally change how enterprises create value. Over twenty-five years, one observation has stayed remarkably consistent: organizations rarely struggle because they lack technology - they struggle because their operating models were designed for a different era.

That observation has shaped every stage of my journey - from enterprise systems and digital platforms, to organizational transformation, to designing AI-native enterprises today.

I dream, and I chase dreams — to make a positive impact on this world through technology. Outside the boardroom, I am a father, a husband, and a stubbornly loyal Manchester United fan. I read more than I should, write earlier than most, and believe the best ideas arrive on a walk, not in a meeting.
